Community Clubhouse Information
Riviera-West is proud to introduce you to our community Clubhouse and grounds. Overlooking the western shoreline of Clear Lake, our Clubhouse is used as a gathering place for community meetings, dinners, BBQs and other seasonal celebrations. The building includes: a large Great Room, complete with full-wall fireplace, bar and floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides; a large, fully-appointed kitchen; a two-sided deck overlooking the Southern and Eastern exposures; a large corporate meeting room; and the Administrative Office for the Property Owners and Mutual Water Company.
Adjacent to the Clubhouse is a fully-enclosed and appointed swimming pool, as well as a grassy picnic area with comfortable seating and recreation areas. Ample parking is available and Reader Boards, both inside and out, are filled with community-specific information and schedules.
