Committee Contacts

Riviera-West is serviced by a number of volunteer Committees, who strive to improve and maintain the levels of ambiance and social service within our community.

Our A.C.P. Committee, chaired by Paul Barber, is responsible for overseeing that new and remodeling properties adhere to our By-laws for structural conformity and neighborhood absorption, by the administration of our “Guidelines to Building” (Copy posted on Governing Documents Page). The Marina Committee is looking for volunteers.

Our Fire Fuel Abatement Program began in May with a lot-by-lot inspection by Kelseyville Fire Chief and our Administrator Judy Stelljes. The purpose of the inspection is to identify potential fire hazards and eliminate fire fuel before the onset of high temperatures and concurrent high fire dangers. Our Administrator endeavors to quickly bring those uncleared parcels into fire-safe compliance. Currently, the 2011 property review is still underway. She can be reached at the Office, 707-279-8544.

All of our Committees are continually seeking additional volunteers to bring their experiences, backgrounds and vitality to the oversight table.
